After you are registered
Registration is the start. We set up the foundations so you do not have to find another provider.
HR and payroll
Managed People and Payroll from KES 1,000 to 1,600 per employee a month (minimum KES 10,000), or an HR advisory retainer from KES 15,000 a month.
HR foundations
HR foundation setup from KES 45,000 and HR policies and documentation from KES 25,000, so contracts and policies are in place before you hire.
Systems and procedures
SOPs, process review and internal controls, so the business runs without you in every room.
Websites and software
A starter website from KES 20,000, and Nexalia HCM, POS, Expense and Sales from Nexalia Technologies.

Quoted individually: shareholders agreements, trademark registration, data privacy (ODPC) compliance, tax compliance advisory (Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania), and bookkeeping and management accounts.

What is in the full company set-up package?
Registration, the statutory registrations and bank account support, so you finish with a business that is legally set up and ready to trade. It is from KES 35,000 to KES 70,000 depending on your situation.
Are government fees included in your price?
No. Government statutory fees are not part of our fee and are remitted at cost. Your formal quotation shows them separately.
Which type of business should I register?
It depends on your plans: how many owners there are, whether you want a separate legal entity, and whether you are a for-profit or non-profit organisation. Tell us what you want to do and we will recommend a structure before you commit.
Do I need to be registered before I talk to you?
No. We can support you from early planning through registration, set-up and your first hires.
Can you also set up HR and payroll after we register?
